No injuries were reported in an accident Tuesday afternoon in northeast Liberal.
The Liberal Police Department reported shortly before 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers and emergency personnel responded to a reported unknown injury accident at the intersection of 11th Street and North Calvert Avenue.
Through the investigation, LPD said officers determined a gray 2017 Toyota Rav 4 was traveling south on North Calvert when a white 2011 Dodge Ram ran the stop sign and struck the Toyota.
Though no injuries were reported, LPD said the driver of the Dodge Ram was issued citations for running a stop sign, no driver’s license and obstructed license plate.
