trent boaldinTrenton David Boaldin, 57, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. 

He was born March 29, 1962 to Bob and Dian Boaldin in Amarillo, Texas.

He graduated from Elkhart High School in 1980. In 1983, he received a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering technology from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix. In 2011, he received a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma City.

He was CEO of Epic Touch Co., with locations in Elkhart, Liberal, and Natchitoches, La. He served in national communications offices and committees in Washington, DC. 

He served as a city council member and a Sunday School teacher in Elkhart.

Survivors include his mother; wife, Susan Boaldin, Oklahoma City; daughters: Victoria Boaldin, Rye, Colo., Tiffany Simpkins, Oklahoma City, and Ashley Turner, Yukon, Okla.; sister, Roxanna Grimes and husband, Guy, Riverside, Calif.; granddaughters: Ella Riad Boaldin, Rye, Colo., Serenity Simpkins, Oklahoma City, and Zailey Turner, Oklahoma City;   three nieces; one nephew; and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; daughter, Hillari Riad Boaldin; brother, Travis Allen Boaldin; and nephew, Blain Allen Boaldin.

• Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, 2020 at the Morton County Civic Center in Elkhart.
