A Minnesota man was killed in a fatality accident Tuesday evening in Beaver County, Okla.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported the accident happened around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday about eight and a half miles south of Bryans Corner, Okla.

The report said a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado was southbound on U.S. Highway 83 when it crossed the center line and side swiped a northbound 2013 Kenworth.

OHP said the Silverado continued southbound before striking a northbound 2021 Peterbilt head on.

The driver of the pickup, Timothy Davis, 70, of Redwood Falls, Minn., was pronounced dead at the scene from head, leg and arm injuries. He was taken to Clark Funeral Home in Beaver, Okla.

The driver of the Kenworth, 40-year-old Steven Prock of Grand Saline, Texas, was not injured.

The driver of the Peterbilt, Tina Pruett, 52, of Oklahoma City, was transported by Perryton, Texas, EMS to Ochiltree General Hospital in Perryton. She was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal, arm and leg injuries.

A passenger in the Peterbilt, a 10-year-old male, of Ardmore, Okla., was transported by Perryton EMS to Ochiltree General Hospital, where he was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal injuries.

Seat belts were equipped and in use in all vehicles.
