frances richardsonELKHART – Etta Frances Richardson, 82, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020 at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City. 

She was born June 16, 1937 to Rollie Rae and Anna Mozelle (Hodgin) Williamson in Farmington, N.M.

She married Robert Lee Richardson Sept. 15, 1963 in Rolla. He preceded her in death May 17, 1997. 

She worked as a bank teller for many years and recently retired as the director for the Rolla Senior Center. 

She loved being at her grandchildren’s activities, watching the Hallmark Channel, collecting coins, reading her Bible, and working on crossword puzzles. 

She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Rolla for many years. 

Survivors include her children: Fred Richardson, Shirley McClellan, Roger Richardson, Rex Richardson, and Brenda Friend; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Gerald, Bob, and Charles Williamson; three sisters: Helen Barnes, Betty Eastepp, and Faye Nugent; and son, Dale Richardson.

• Funeral services will take place Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the United Methodist Church in Rolla at 10 a.m., followed by a burial service at the Rolla Cemetery. Pastor Mary Courtney will be presiding. 

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020 at Garnand Funeral Home in Elkhart.
