Larry Edmond Bryan , 82, died Thursday, July 15, 2021 at his home in Tyrone, Okla.  

He was born Oct. 3, 1938 to Walter and Adeline (Frank) Bryan in Liberal. 

He married Judy McDaniel Nov. 18, 1961 at the First Christian Church in Liberal. She survives.

He graduated from Eureka High School in 1956, and later attended Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1962.

He took the most pride in his work on the family farm over the years, putting blood, sweat, and tear into the ground. 

He enjoyed woodworking, carpentry, crossword puzzles, and watching “Jeopardy!” and John Wayne movies. 

He was also fascinated by geology and aviation. 

He was a member of the Odd Fellow Lodge in Tyrone, Okla., and a member of the Tyrone School Board for 10 years. 

Survivors also include sons, Darrell Bryan, Tyrone, Okla., and Eric Bryan, Tyrone, Okla.; daughter, Amy Mosburg, Neosho, Mo.; grandchildren, Lauryn Mosburg, Garden City, and Logan Mosburg and wife, Bethany, Garden City; and great-grandchildren, Ayden and Adelynn. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert F. Bryan; and sister, Joyce Conner.

• Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at the Tyrone Cemetery in Tyrone, Okla.
