The Eisenhower eighth grade defense scored three safeties, and the offense added a touchdown in a 14-0 win over Kenneth henderson.

The Warriors scored on their opening drive by picking up four first downs before a 12-yard touchdown run by Ayden Juarez.

The game turned into a defensive battle after neither team could move the ball consistently. After an interception by Kenneth Henderson deep in their own territory, the Eisenhower defense stepped up to get a safety with a tackle by Landon Martinez to wrap up the first half with the score 10-0.

Eisenhower recovered an onside kick to start the third quarter but still could not put another drive together after several miscues and penalties. The defense would step up and get another safety in the third quarter to make it 12-0. The two teams still could not put drives together, but the Eisenhower defense would end up getting another safety late in the fourth to make it 14-0. Eisenhower (1-1) will take on Great Bend next week at home.
