The Lady Redskins rebounded form an 0-10 start to the 2021 season to finish with a winning record, a second place Western Athletic Conference finish and as Sub-State runner-up.

Despite having a late change at the helm of the program, the Lady Redskins rallied behind first-year head coach Katie Garcia and weathered the early storm before finishing the season on a 19-6 streak.

After finishing second at the WAC volleyball tournament, the Lady Redskins traveled to Wichita for the Sub-State tournament and faced Manhattan in the opening round.
