Jason Plummer, 45, died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
He was born Nov. 13, 1979 to Jim Plummer and Donna Lynne Nelson.
He completed the 12th grade and went on to work as a kitchen assistant for restaurants.
He enjoyed spending time in nature fishing and camping.
He loved music and could be found wearing his headphones listening to his favorite music.
He really enjoyed mixing and interacting with people, and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone with any job.
He loved cheering on his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with his niece and nephew, Taisley and Tanner.
Survivors include his father, Jim Plummer and stepmother, Irene Plummer, Liberal; mother, Donna Nelson Atkins and stepfather, Joseph Atkins, Liberal; brother, Tylor Plummer, Salina; sister-in-law, Stephanie Plummer; niece and nephew, Taisley and Tanner Plummer; and three stepsisters: Kimberly Sheldon and husband, Steven, Wichita, Alison Weeks, Bethany, Okla., and Brittany Arana, Spearman, Texas.

Funeral Mass will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church at 1510 N. Calhoun Avenue in Liberal, with Reverend Charles Seiwert presiding.
Burial will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024 at the Oakley Cemetery in Oakley.
