He was born Dec. 23, 1933 to Henry and Sara (Doerksen) Kroeker.
He married Shirley Dick March 2, 1958. She survives.

SUSAN CHAIN
Susan Kay Chain, 80, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025 at Wheatridge Care Park in Liberal.
She was born Nov. 20, 1945 to Frederick and Anne (Radich) Kulisek.
She married Charles Chain Aug. 30, 1969. He preceded her in death Sept. 23, 2025.
LARRY QUILLEN
Larry Dwayne Quillen, 64, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025.
He was born March 29, 1961 in Hugoton.
He graduated from Hugoton High School and subsequently enlisted in the United States Navy, where he spent six years as a Spy Radar Technician. His commitment to service earned him several commendations, including the Good Conduct Award and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.
JENNIFER YATES-WILLIAMS
Jennifer Yates-Williams, a woman whose heart overflowed with love and whose spirit lit up every room, passed away Dec. 17, 2025, at her home in Hooker, Okla. surrounded by her beloved family. After bravely battling grade 4 glioblastoma brain cancer, Jennifer’s journey on this earth came to a peaceful close, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and unwavering devotion to those she cherished. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, cared for, and often, thoroughly entertained.
RANDY RANDLE
ROLLA – Randy Abe Milton Randle, 78, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025 at his home in Rolla.
He was born Feb. 5, 1947 to Glen and Thelma (Dixon) Randle.
He married Gonza Barnes Dec. 19, 1987. She survives.
He graduated from Rolla High School.
