Ricardo Levario Baeza, 52, died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2024, near Dodge City.
He was born June 19, 1972, in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Rosendo Apodaca and Antonia Victoria (Baeza) Levario.
He married Araceli Valenzuela in 2001 in Ulysses. She survives.
He worked in the oil field until he started his own diesel mechanic shop, RL Diesel Repair.
Ricardo is also survived by his parents; his children, Estefeny Valenzuela, Garden City, Erika Valenzuela of Mexico, Sebastian Levario, Ulysses, Ricardo Levario, Jr., Dodge City, and Valeria Levario, Ulysses; his brother, Ramon Ontiveros, Ulysses; his sister, Juliana Ontiveros, Ulysses; and three grandchildren, Alexis Villegas and Isabella Rodriguez, Garden City, and Josue Aragon, Ulysses.
• Rosary will be at 7 p.m. today at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, and funeral mass will be at 1 a.m. Friday at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses with the Rev. Eric Gyamfi presiding.
Burial will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery.
Visitation is until 5 p.m. today at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses.
