Tori Danielle Lai, 30, died Friday, Sept. 19, 2025 at her home in Liberal.

She was born Jan. 13, 1995 to Daniel and Sheryl (Price) Ferrell in La Junta, Colo.

She was a 2013 graduate of Rolla High School and continued her education at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, where she graduated in 2017.

She was a cashier at Dollar Tree.

She was particularly fond of the color green.

She had a love for Batman and the charming world of Pokémon, being particularly fond of Bulbasaur. Her enjoyment of LEGO building also brought out her imaginative side. She adored her dog, Bella, who was a faithful companion.

More than anything, her cherished her family. She enjoyed watching football with her father cheering on the Green Bay Packers or the team opposite her father. She was very strong and never complained when she hurt. Tori's husband was blessed to have someone who genuinely cared for him, balancing their lives with unwavering support. She loved her nieces and nephew with all her heart. She went above and beyond to ensure those around her had everything they needed.

Survivors include her parents; husband, Austin Lai, Liberal; stepdaughter, Natalie Lai, Liberal; grandfather, Leroy Ferrell, Oregon; brothers, Chad Ferrell, Seminole, Texas, and Bo Ferrell and wife, Joy, Seminole, Texas; nieces, Kikiyo and Emory Ferrell; and nephew, Kase Ferrell.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harold Price; and grandmothers, Florence Price and Norma Ferrell.
