A Guymon, Okla., man suffered a suspected serious injury early Monday morning as the result of a rollover accident southwest of Liberal.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported around 2:15 a.m. Monday, a 2007 GMC NK1 was traveling westbound from Liberal towards Guymon when it left the roadway to the right and entered the north ditch of U.S. Highway 54.

KHP said the vehicle came back onto Hwy. 54 and went into the center median, and when in the median, it rolled one and a half times, ejecting the driver, 38-year-old Victor Manuel Orrantia of Guymon.

Orrantia was taken to Southwest Medical Center with a suspected serious injury. He was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
