Tri-County Electric Cooperative

In the first quarter of 2025, the Operation Round Up (ORU) program successfully disbursed a total of $17,850 to 10 organizations, making a significant impact in the area.

The following organizations have received funding:

• $900 to the Beaver County Coalition

• $1,800 to the Beaver County Memorial Hospital

• $250 to Felt Public Schools

• $2,000 to Goodwell Public Schools

• $2,300 to the Guymon Rotary Club

• $950 to the Hooker Little League

• $2,750 to the Hough Volunteer Fire Department

• $4,250 to the Keyes Volunteer Fire Department

• $1,650 to the Turpin Fire Department

• $1,000 to Vizavance Children’s Vision Screening

Members “opted in” allow TCEC to round up their monthly electric bills to the nearest dollar, with the extra funds going towards charitable projects in communities.

This program allows co-op members to support worthy causes and collaborate to help others. It has become one of the most rewarding aspects of the cooperative, fostering a spirit of generosity and community support.

ORU embodies the neighbor-helping-neighbor concept, a foundational value of TCEC.
