MEADE – Meade District Hospital is pleased to announce it has been awarded a $3,000 grant from the Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas (CFSWK).

This funding will support Project Mobilizing Care: Enhancing Clinical Access at the Point of Care.

The initiative aims to improve clinical efficiency and overall quality of care by equipping the hospital’s nursing and surgical departments with Workstations on Wheels.

By bringing technology directly to the point of care, this project will not only enhance clinical operations, but also enable nursing and clinical staff to spend more meaningful time with with patients, focusing on compassionate care. this improvement aligns with MDH’s commitment to providing an exceptional health care experience with compassion and quality.

The mission of the CFSWK is to encourage giving and inspire action that improves lives in area communities. Their generous support will help MDH to continue improving access to high-quality care in the community.
