Tri-County Electric Cooperative
Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level?
The Collegiate Delegate Program (CDP) is a partnership with Tri-County Electric Cooperative that offers an unparalleled opportunity for Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) juniors and seniors to gain hands-on experience, connect with industry leaders, and make a lasting impact in their community.
Most importantly, delegates would become champions for the cooperative model.
TCEC is seeking OPSU juniors and seniors who are passionate about leadership and eager to make an impact.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in areas such as operations, business administration, marketing, technology, or finance, and demonstrate a team-oriented, enthusiastic personality with a willingness to lead.
Applicants must provide their own transportation, hold a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the United States, and meet all program requirements.
The CDP is designed to empower students by immersing them in the cooperative business model and providing direct interaction with TCEC’s Board of Directors, leadership team, and employees.
Through interactive sessions and real-world experiences, delegates will learn what it takes to lead and advocate for cooperative principles. Upon successful completion of the CDP, delegates will receive a $ 2,000 scholarship.
Applications for the CDP are open through March 15. If selected, the delegate’s term would be from August 2026 through April 2027.
