Kansas Legal Services
Kansas Legal Services (KLS) will host a Free Expungement and Driver’s License Clinic on Thursday, Feb. 12, at Liberal Memorial Library, located at 519 N. Kansas Ave.
Community members with criminal convictions or arrests may qualify for legal assistance that could help them clear their records and open the door to better employment and housing opportunities.
This clinic is part of KLS’s Workforce Development Initiative, which aims to remove barriers preventing Kansans from fully participating in the workforce.
Attorneys and legal staff will be available to review cases, answer questions, and guide participants through the legal process. Services are offered at no cost to eligible participants.
Registration is required
Participants must register in advance to secure an appointment.
To register, individuals may:
• Call 316-267-3975
• Email
• Or scan the QR code on the event flyer
Appointments fill quickly, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
Who may qualify
KLS staff will help determine eligibility at the clinic, but those with past Kansas arrests, charges, or convictions may be able to have certain records expunged under state law. Assistance provided at the clinic is free of charge.
