A Liberal man is dead following an accident Tuesday morning in Beaver County, Okla.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday, an unknown vehicle driven by 36-year-old Rafael Saldana of Liberal was traveling southbound on Beaver County Road NS126 about one mile north of U.S. Highway 64.
OHP said the vehicle departed the roadway to the right, overcorrected left, re-entering the roadway, turned about 180 degrees and departed the roadway left.
OHP said the vehicle then rolled two times before coming to rest on its wheels facing north. Saldana was ejected and found unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday. He was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
