PLAINS – Hat Creek Butchery announced the opening of a new retail storefront in Liberal. This expansion marks a significant milestone for the company as it continues to grow and serve its loyal customer base. The new retail location will be situated at 30 Tucker Rd., currently occupied by Thai Kitchen. Details regarding the opening date are still being finalized.
Dwayne Devellen, one of the owners of Hat Creek Butchery and the Operating Manager, expressed his enthusiasm for the expansion.
“We’re excited to expand our retail USDA Beef and Pork products to a storefront in Liberal,” Devellen said. “This way, our customers have easier access to our products. We will continue to offer delivery and online orders for in-store pickup as well as in-store shopping.”
Hat Creek Butchery, founded in Plains, has built a reputation for providing high-quality beef and pork processing services. The original location at 107 Ontario St.  in Plains  will continue to offer these services alongside a variety of retail products.
“We look forward to continuing to serve southwestern Kansas and the panhandle regions of Oklahoma and Texas,” Devellen said.
