I wish this little contribution had been sent last night before the old movie “Dances With Wolves” appeared on television; now my tummy is happy after a big plate of ham, beans, cornbread, and fried potatoes. Carbs are high enough to give me enough energy to get this composed.

I’ve already told you about Erika Kirk and her family’s association with Fort Huachua’s secret development and testing.
In this particular video, Erika was dressed in a plain, no-nonsense pants and shirt that set the stage for subject she was briefer, coordinator, or presenter (take your choice). Some attending were James Woolsley CIA, TPS security, congressmen, Erika, and others.
The subject was Electrical Magnetic Pulses (EMP). Erika presented five major risk analyses to our three major internet power grids, and 17 minor ones across America. Listed are: cyber, hacking, man-made, physical threats, and solar. Coordinated physical attacks can be done from high altitudes or some type of detonator.
Black Start USA is trying to develop protocols on procedures for restarting power after untested major destruction of all power.
