The Lady Redskin softball team dropped a pair of games at a split double header in Maize.
The Lady Redskins lost to Maize 11-0 in five innings.
Zoey Torres pitched in the loss and allowed 11 runs on 11 hits and a walk while striking out two. Only seven of the runs were earned because of four Lady Red errors.
Madalynn McCarter earned Liberal’s only hit in the game.
The Lady Redskins committed nine errors in Game 2 against McPherson and lost 14-0.
Taylor Harding and Miley Janko earned Liberal’s two hits in the loss.
Liberal fell to 4-7.
