Monday night, the Lady Warriors opened the basketball season with a home game versus the Lady Hawks of Horace Good.

The Lady Warriors struggled with finishing their shots and getting offensive rebounds. At the end of the first half the Lady Warriors were down 17-9.

The ladies played hard in the second half but it wasn't enough and lost 36-13. 

Leading scorers for the Lady Warriors was Vanessa Mendoza with six points, and Bella Torres had four.

Leading rebounders were Vanessa Mendoza with nine and Cecilia Holder had six.
