Connie Earlene Juel, 81, died Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 at Satanta District Hospital in Satanta.

She was born May 6, 1943 to Conred Earl and Iva Marie (Waggoner) Sullivan. 

She married Noel Dean Peterson.

She later married Jewel Miller.

She later married Anthony Juel. He survives.

Throughout her life, she worked in various career fields, from convenience store manager to waitressing and cooking at restaurants and more, but the career she was most proud of was serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Satanta nursing home.

She enjoyed crafting, cooking, camping, and fishing. Her love for music was also evident in her enjoyment of playing the piano and singing hymns with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony Juel, Satanta; son, Earl Dean Peterson (Melissa), Hugoton; daughters, Jana Benton, Las Vegas, and Gina Jacquart (Rollie), Rocky Ford, Colo.; stepson, Jared Juel, Oklahoma City; brothers, Jim Sullivan (Aleta), Rose Hill, and Mike Sullivan (Crystal), Versailles Mo.; sister, Debra Hansen (Steve), Florence, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren: Trisha (Alec), Stephanie, Alex, Caleb, Madison, Brendon, Tanner, Lydia, Brodey, Jackson, Alexis, Ryan, and Kye; and three great-grandchildren: Kayden, Miah, and Luca with one on the way, Maebre. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Keith Edward Sullivan; and daughter, Robin Ann Burchfield.

• Memorial services will be at at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 at the Satanta First Baptist Church in Satanta.

A private burial will take place later at Rolla Cemetery in Rolla. 

Friends may call from 12 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024 at Robson Funeral Home in Satanta.
