ULYSSES – Nathan Carter, 47, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
He was born May 6, 1977 to Robert and Rosann (Heinrichs) Carter.
He married Alecia Vaden Dec. 31, 2011.
He graduated from Ulysses High School.
He worked in the automation department for Scout Energy Partners.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, spending time with his daughters, riding ATV’s, and was a proud collector of Ford Broncos.
Survivors include daughters, Natalie and Emma Carter, Ulysses; stepdaughter, Brailey Davis, Oklahoma; stepson, Braiden Davis, Oklahoma; sisters, Cary Rosetta and husband, Tony, Alabama, and Susan Allee and husband, Jacob, Arizona; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
• Memorial services took place Monday, Dec. 23, 2024 at Garnand Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Swann Jr. presiding.
Burial will take place at the Ulysses Cemetery in Ulysses at a later date.
