Jon Kleiner, 54, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2025 at his home in Liberal.
He was born April 18, 1970 to Eric and Yvonne (Bushart) Kleiner at Lackland Air Force Base Hospital in San Antonio.
He graduated high school in Ft. Worth, Texas and later went on to obtain his associate’s degree.
He was an aviation enthusiast and enjoyed operating R/C planes, boats, and cars. He also worked at the Hobby Town stores his father owned and operated in Arlington, Texas and Ft. Worth, Texas.
He was a member of Mid-America Air Museum and a former member of the Civil Air Patrol.
Survivors include his mother, Yvonne (Stanley) Nipple, Liberal; and sister, Kimberly (Christopher) Lambert, Redfield, Ark.
He was preceded in death by his father.
