MEADE – Nathan Allen (Nate) Vanderpool, 26, died Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ark.
He was born July 3, 1998 to Shane and Randi (Benear) Vanderpool.
He graduated from Meade High School in 2017.
Following graduation, he entered the workforce and earned his certification as an auto and diesel mechanic, later working for McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in northwest Arkansas.
He was always up for new adventures and liked to stay active by going hiking, fishing and enjoying nature with family and friends.
He had a passion for working on vehicles, playing video games, watching scary movies, spending time with his family, and being a great father.
Survivors include his parents; wife, MaKenzie Marie Hailey; his children, Raelynn Sierra Vanderpool and Jaxton Dale Vanderpool; sister, Ondraya Vanderpool; niece, Gemma Wylie; nephew, Zayde Vanderpool; maternal grandmother, Pat Benear; paternal grandmother, Sandy Vanderpool; uncles, Ben Benear and Trevis Vanderpool; and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Frank Benear; and paternal grandfather, Dale Vanderpool.
• A celebration of Nate’s life will take place at a later date. In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Memorials are suggested to his children's education fund in care of Fidler-Orme-Bachman Mortuary in Meade.
