Marjorie Eileen "Marge" Curry, 92, died Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Southwest Medical Center.
She was born April 26, 1931 to John and Ellen (Jennings) Kauffman.
She worked as a clerk for Engel's Conoco from 1975 to 1980, Engel's U-Serv 1981 to 2007, and finally the Hutch's C Store from 2007 to 2016 on the corner of old S. HWY 83 and Pine Street, retiring in 2016.
She enjoyed bowling, gardening, and KC Royals baseball.
Survivors include daughter, Connie Jordan, Liberal; sons, Dennis Curry and wife, Sharon, Cheyenne, Wy., and Roger Curry and wife, LaDonna, Council Bluffs, Iowa; sister, Virginia Schmid, Conroe, Texas; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ida Mary Crail; and brothers, Donald Kauffman and John Kauffman.
• Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday April 26, 2024 at the Miller Mortuary Chapel in Liberal with Pastor John Moses presiding.
There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.
