Nicholas "Nick" Andrew Kitch, 47, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
He was born Feb. 21, 1978 to Scott and Lanette (Bentley) Kitch.
He found immense joy in his horses, embracing the essence of western life through riding and training. His gentle spirit not only made him a remarkable cowboy but also a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.
He loved playing games and sharing laughter with family and friends and fostering strong connections with them.
Survivors include his father, Scott Kitch, Rolla; sister, Megan Hall and husband, Wade, Elkhart; nephew, Paden Hall; niece, Emmy Hall; and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother; paternal grandparents, Harold and Dolly Kitch; and maternal grandparents, Tom and Geneva Bentley.
• Funeral services took place Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025 at the First Baptist Church of Elkhart.
Burial took take place at the Hugoton Cemetery in Hugoton.
A memorial has been established for the Nicholas A. Kitch Memorial Fund. The funds will be later determined where they are going to a local charity of choice by the family, in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 606, Elkhart, KS 67950.
