William Todd Foster, 60, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025 at his home in Wolfforth, Texas.
He was born Sept. 14, 1965 to Bill and Jean Ann (Haddock) Foster.
He graduated from Liberal High School with the Class of 1984. He then went on to attend Kansas University.
He was a diehard KU Jayhawks and Denver Broncos fan.
He worked in IT over the past 10-plus years.
Survivors include his father, Bill (Carol) Foster, Liberal; mother, Jean Ann Foster (James Jackson), Liberal; daughter, Morgan Alayna Foster, Raymore, Mo.; brother, Troy Foster, Kansas City, Mo.; sister, Traci (Cory) Pearson, McPherson; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
• Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025 at Miller Mortuary in Liberal.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 at Faith Tabernacle Church in Liberal, with Pastor Rex Petty presiding.
Burial will follow at the Liberal City Cemetery in Liberal.
