Delainey Elizabeth Millikan, 21, died Friday, July 26, 2024.

She was born March 28, 2003 to Lance Millikan and Macy (Mullens) Millikan.

She graduated from Liberal High School in 2021. She attended Oklahoma State University prior to making her home in Woodward, Okla., because she wanted to be closer to her family. She graduated from High Plains Technology Center with an LPN degree in May 2024.

As a child, she loved attending First Baptist Church, Beaver, where she enjoyed Sunday School, Awana, VBS, Children’s Camp and other activities. It was there she gave her life to Jesus and was baptized Aug. 18, 2013. She later enjoyed being a part of the youth groups and attending services regularly at Balko Baptist Church and New Beginnings Church in Liberal. Most recently she enjoyed attending Ignite Church in Woodward.

She found her soul mate, Will Hoffman, in February with what seemed a meeting by chance, but they both soon realized was a divine encounter.

She always had a giving spirit, making it no surprise that she was an organ donor. It brings great comfort knowing she will live on through others.

Survivors include her father, Lance and wife, Amber Millikan; mother, Macy and husband, Josh Myers; brothers: Landon and Katie Millikan, Levi Millikan, and Beaud Millikan; fiancé, Will Hoffman and his daughter, Carter; great-great grandma (Nana Lou), Sylvia Owens; great-grandma, Donna Downs; grandparents, Larry and Tammy Millikan; grandparents, Debbie and Jim Holterman; step-grandparents, Neill and Barbara Myers; step-grandma, Tommie Morse; stepsisters, Macy Perkins and Matti Perkins; stepsister, Angelina Glitsch; stepbrothers, Bart Myers and Krister Myers; step-nieces, Karter Perkins and Blakely Perkins; step-nephew, Bentley Perkins; and many other friends and family.
