Two Guymon, Okla., men are dead following a fatality accident Wednesday morning in Beaver County, Okla.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported shortly before 6:30 a.m., a 2013 Honda Odyssey was southbound on Oklahoma Highway 23 near Beaver County Hollow E0288 Road about 20.5 miles south of Beaver, Okla.

OHP said the Odyssey went left of center and struck a 1989 Peterbilt, and the SUV traveled south, rolling three-quarter times and coming to rest on the driver’s side in the west ditch.

The Odyssey’s driver Jose Tol, 39, of Guymon, and a passenger, 27-year-old Domingo Mulul Us of Guymon, were pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the accident.

Other passengers in the SUV were injured as well, but all are in stable condition. Miguel Morales and Laura Rivera, both of Guymon, Okla., were transported by Booker, Texas, EMS to Ochiltree General Hospital in Perryton, Texas, with head, trunk and leg injuries.

A fifth passenger in the Odyssey, Hector De La Cruz of Guymon was taken by air-evac to University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas, with trunk and leg injuries.

The Peterbilt’s driver, 60-year-old Martin Gonzalez of Stinnett, Texas, was treated at the scene. OHP said seat belts were not use in the Odyssey, but were in use in the semi.
