This year’s Baby Cakes winner is Averi Mote.
She was born at 10:51 a.m. Pancake Day, weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Her parents are Lesly Arriaga and Trevor Mote of Hooker Okla., who received a gift basket provided by the Liberal Area Coalition for Families.
Baby Cakes is awarded to the first baby born on or after Pancake Day at Southwest Medical Center
