Liberal and Dodge City battled through regulation, ending 2-2 and sending the Lady Red to overtime Tuesday in Dodge City.

Nicole Catalan scored twice for Liberal — first on a penalty kick in the first half, then on a free kick with just 34 seconds left in regulation.

Dodge answered with a goal in each half and ultimately secured the win with a golden goal in overtime.

Keeper Aaliyah Morales tallied 10 saves including a penalty kick.

The Lady Redskins moved to 6-3 on the season and will be back in action today on the road at Hays.
