Mario Oliveros Rios, 44, died Thursday, March 27, 2025 at via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.
He was born Feb. 18, 1981 to Isaiah and Josefa Rios Oliveros.
He married Tina Andrea Covarrubias Oct. 24, 2009. She survives.
He enjoyed playing soccer and basketball as a kid and going to the river with his siblings and friends.
He spent a lot of time with his nieces and nephews, including teaching them how to drive.
He was known as a very joyful person, always spending time with his family.He enjoyed playing, spoiling, and showing them love every day.
He had a big heart and was loved by many. He loved dancing and singing karaoke with family and friends.
He worked in food processing plants and construction for many years.
Survivors also include daughter, Andrea Marie Medina Oliveros and partner, Antoni Godina, Liberal; three sons: Mario Isaias Oliveros and partner, Destinee Rivera, Liberal, Andrew Jeremias Oliveros and partner, Natalee Ornelas; and Joseph Fabian Oliveros, Liberal; four brothers: Modesto Leyva Rios, Alfredo Leyva Rios, Roberto Leyva Rios, and Tino Oliveros Rios; four sisters: Antonia Leyva Rios, Amada Leyva Rios, Candelaria Oliveros Rios, and Gabriela Oliveros Rios; and four grandchildren: Alejandro Antoni Godina, Angelica Andrea Godina, Amaree Kamila Oliveros, and Zalayah Oliveros.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Miguel Angel Leyva Gomez.

Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2025 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church at 1510 N. Calhoun Avenue in Liberal.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2025 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Liberal, with Reverend Charles Seiwert presiding.
Burial will follow at the Liberal City Cemetery in Liberal.
