Angelica Alicia Flores, 48, died Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
She was born Sept. 17, 1976 to Emilio Frank and Angelica Lynn (Rodriguez) Juarez.
Her journey into nursing began with her enrollment in nursing school. After obtaining her degree, she embarked on a career that would see her work in various clinics and hospitals.
A beloved nurse, daughter, mother, and friend, she will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
She is survived by her mother, Angelica Rodriguez and stepfather, James Lynn; son, Juan Lorenzo Chavez; daughter, Evangelica Chavez; Brothers, John Paul Juarez, and Emilio Juarez; Sister, Silva Juarez; and Nephew, Emilio Juarez IV.
She was preceded in death by her father.
