Billy W. Watson, 77, died Friday, June 13, 2025 at his home in Liberal.
He was born Dec. 5, 1947 to Riley and Edna Watson (Edwards).
He married Linda J. Brechbuhler Dec. 16, 1970. She survives.
He enjoyed golf and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
He worked for Panhandle Eastern Pipeline until retiring in 2008.
Survivors also include daughter, Mandy Watson, Liberal; son, Paris Watson, San Antonio; brothers: Jerry Watson, Topeka, Danny Watson, Warrior, Ala., and Lonnie Watson, Holyrood; sister, Judy Faire, Russellville; grandchildren: Treyvan Watson, Wichita, Brayden Watson, Austin, Texas, and Sydney and Reese Watson, San Antonio; and great-grandchild, Autumn Dawn Watson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers; Randy and Larry; and sisters, Genita and Elizabeth.
• There will be no viewing as cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
