Carrol Letha Leonard, 75, died Friday, May 17, 2024 at Stevens County Hospital in Hugoton.

She was born June 7, 1948 in Hugoton.

Her love for cooking was evident to all who tasted her delicious meals, and her dedication to helping children with their 4-H projects showcased her nurturing spirit.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life and approached each day with a genuine smile and a willingness to lend a helping hand.

Among her proudest accomplishments were her role as a devoted mother and a loving aunt. 

Survivors include son, Roger Parker and wife, Michelle, Topeka; sister-in-law, Shirley Leonard, Hugoton; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Marlon Parker; and brother, Gene Leonard.

• Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Pheasant Heaven Charities in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, KS 67951.
