The week 10 NJCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball Rankings were released on Tuesday afternoon and for a second consecutive week, the Saints are ranked.
Seward (14-6, 9-5) comes in at No. 25 this week, the last spot in the poll. That comes after the Saints entered the poll for the first time since 2019 last week at No. 19.
The Saints fall six spots after going 1-1 last week. They earned a gutsy 88-86 double-overtime win over Cloud County at home on Wednesday and suffered a 74-69 loss at Colby on Sunday. Seward currently sits in a three-way tie for second place in the Jayhawk with Dodge City and Independence.
Butler (14-6, 10-4) sits in first in the KJCCC and is ranked 19th, switching spots with Seward from a week ago. Dodge City (13-7, 9-5) checks in at No. 22, falling from No. 15 last week.
No. 25 Seward travels to Coffeyville on Wednesday for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff at Nellis Hall. Video can be found on the "Red Raven Sports Network" YouTube channel and Brock Kappelmann will have the call on 1270/92.3. The Saints return home Saturday to host Hutchinson at 4 p.m.
