Shelia J. Palkowitsh, 80, died Monday, Oct. 28, 2024 in El Dorado.
She was born July 26, 1944 to William and Mary (Brown) Hutchings.
She graduated high school from Scott Community High School.
She was known for being a hard worker and retired from Beech Aircraft as an administrative assistant.
She loved spending her time sewing and finding treasures shopping. She loved her weenie dogs and tending to her rosebushes and flowers. Her great joy was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Kevin (Mona) Palkowitsh, and Kolleen (Tom) Griffin; grandchildren: Clayton Griffin, Lauren (John) Jones, Bradley (Becca) Griffin, Brendon Griffin, Breanna (Andrew) Hilton; and great-grandchildren: Corbin, Aubree, Aaron, Caydin, Halen, Westin, Trystan, Rylan and Mycah.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Bradley Palkowitsh; daughter, Brenda Mosier; and grandchildren, Chandria Mosier and Andrew Palkowitsh.
• Funeral services took place Thursday, Oct. 31 at Carlson Funeral Home.
