Linda Diane (Dawson) Barr, 57, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024 at her home in Plains.
She was born May 31, 1967 to Edward and Helen (Teague) Dawson.
She married Mark Barr Oct. 31, 2009. He survives.
She worked at National Carriers for 14 years and made many lasting friendships.
Survivors also include children: Andrew Kingham and wife, Kelsey, Liberal, Ashley Kingham, Plains, Shayla Amos, Bentonville, Ark., and Chelsea Barr, Ozark, Ark.; brother, Jeromy Dawson, Kansas City, Mo.; sister, Teresa Smith Odell, New Market, Iowa; nephews: Tayton and Elijah Ornelas, Brady and Eli Loughmiller, and Jaydon Koehn; nieces: Jamie Loughmiller and husband, Barry, Eudora, Megan Ornelas and husband, Jesse, Plains, Aryela Ornelas, and Adrian Loughmiller; grandchildren: Kyley Hume and husband, Elijah, Bentonville, Ark., Braxton Kingham, Hope Kingham, and Chevy-Lee Allen; and great-grandchild, Myles Hume.
She was preceded in death by her mother; sister, Cindy Koehn; and brother, Jamie Lee Judkins.
• There will be no public viewing as cremation has taken place, per Linda's wishes.
Celebration of Life services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024 at the Miller Mortuary Chapel in Liberal.
