Jonnie L. Slatten, 75, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2026 at Wheatridge Care Park Nursing Home in Liberal.
She was born Dec. 27, 1950 to Lloyd and Goldie (Rasler) Smith.
She married Herman Slatten March 7, 1970. He survives.
She was a graduate of Liberal High School with the Class of 1969.
She worked for many years as a waitress and also in auto parts sales in Lamar, Colo. and Liberal.
She was a member of Tyrone Baptist Church.
Survivors also include three daughters: Angela (Bryan) Remling, Ardmore, Okla., Jennifer Slatten, Tyrone, Okla., and Crystal (Terry) Journagan, Hooker, Okla.; sister, Joyce Tedrow, Tyrone, Okla.; eight grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Addison; and sister, Sandra Felkins.
• There will be no public viewing as cremation has taken place.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
