The Seward County Democratic Party will host a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27 in the Seward County Commission Chambers at 515 N. Washington Ave.
The meeting is open to all Democrats and those interested in the Democratic Party. Light refreshments will be served.
A special program, “Defending our Immigrant Families,” will be presented by Kathleen Alonso.
“It’s important to understand the rights that you have under the law and also how you can help immigrant families during these turbulent times,” Seward County Democratic Party Chair Kay Burtzloff said.
Other agenda items include appointments to precinct positions and the upcoming local elections.
