On Thursday, April 9, 2026, we lost someone very special to our family. Kathy Ann Bedford of Oklahoma City passed away after she fought cancer with strength and courage. Even through everything, she never lost her heart. 

Kathy was the kind of person who made you feel welcome, cared about the people around her, and left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.

She was born Jan. 7, 1950 in Oakland, Calif. to Dan and Leona Price.

Kathy attended Liberal High School in Liberal.

She married Eldon Bedford Sr. July 12, 1968.   

Kathy enjoyed crafts, puzzles, books, watching TV and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Eldon Sr. of Oklahoma City; sons. Eldon Jr. and Christopher Bedford, Oklahoma City; brothers, Chuck and Kenny Price; and sister, Donna Masters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Patty; and grandson, Zachery Bedford.

• There will be no services at this time, and cremation will take place.
