Wade Leon Robinson, 63, died Friday, June 12, 2026.

He was born Oct. 6, 1962 and was adopted by Mervin and Betty Robinson.

He had a love for music from a very young age. Around the age of 6, his parents gave him a toy guitar, igniting a passion that would stay with him. He even spent a short time playing with a band in Texas.

He was first married to Joyce Diehl for 15 years.

Later, he married Holly Hawkins. She survives.

Survivors also include his parents; sister, Hollie (Jeff) Lyons; daughter, Christina (Michael) Nelson; son, Brandon (Kendra) Robinson; stepdaughters: Talona Chavez, Alicia Hawkins, and Misty Hawkins; stepson, Jeffrey Hawkins; and many other family and friends.

• Memorial services took place Thursday, June 18, 2026 at the Church of Christ in Garden City, with a private burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
