Wendy Jo Raynor, 67, died Wednesday, June 24, 2026 in Liberal.

She was born June 10, 1959 and adopted by Larry and Eve (Bouere) Thompsen.

She graduated from high school, completed two years of college, and devoted her work as a CNA for Home Health to caring for others.

Survivors include her son, Lee Raynor; daughter, Jayleene Kopper and husband, Michael; brother, Tim Thomsen; sister, Lisa Martinez; grandchildren, Samantha Kopper and Annastasia Chaffin; three nephews; one niece; and close friend, Louise Aguilar.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Brooklynn.

• In accordance with Wendy’s wishes, cremation will take place.
