Glen Eldon Hall, 89, died Thursday, July 2, 2026. 

He was born Oct. 17, 1936 to Code and LewElla (Anderson) Hall.

He graduated from Moscow High School. He later attended Fort Hays State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geology with a minor in mathematics.

He married Mary Yvonne Swinney Dec. 21, 1958. She preceded him in death.

He served as an Elder at Friendship Christian Church in Sulphur Springs, Texas for more than 30 years. He also taught a Sunday school class until the age of 85.

For more than 40 years, he also brought joy to countless children and families by portraying Santa Claus throughout the community.

He devoted his professional life to Phillips 66, where he served as a Safety Engineer until his retirement.

Survivors include children: Melonie Findley and husband, Dennis, Gregory Hall and wife, Ginger, and Kristie Hoffman; brother, Roger Hall; his sister-in-law, Lynda Prine; grandchildren: Adam Hall; Justin Findley and wife, Jordan, Kara Findley, Oran Hall and wife, Cortney, Shawn Hall and fiancée, Michaela, TJ Hoffman, Heather Bass and husband, Kyle Bass, Mikayla Hoffman and fiancé, Carson Graham, and Keely Hoffman; great-grandchildren: Braxton Hall, Fallon Findley, Jameson Findley, and Rex Hall, and eagerly anticipated the birth of his newest great-granddaughter, Kami.

He was also preceded in death by granddaughter, Karissa Hoffman; brothers, George Hall and Tony Hall; and sister, Marilyn Harris.

• Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2026 at Robson Funeral Home at 314 S. Van Buren Street in Hugoton.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the Hugoton Cemetery in Hugoton, with James Hall presiding.
