The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will host an open house on U.S. Highway 54 expansion in Seward County from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, at the Seward County Community College Student Union, SW229C-D, 1801 N. Kansas Ave., in Liberal.
The public is invited to learn more about the project timeline and view updated maps for the redesigned corridor, which includes the realigned U.S. 54/Highway 83 intersection with the transition of the U.S. 54 expressway east of Liberal. Project staff will be present to discuss the project and answer questions.
