Jeffery Kent Nagell, 72, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026.
He was born Dec. 19, 1953, in Inglewood, Calif.
He will be remembered for his quick wit, humor and passion for sharing God's word, and he had an amazing gift for teaching.
He was the pastor of Friends Church of Liberal, a teacher at Seward County Community College and was President of the Liberal Ministerial Alliance.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; three children; and four grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his parents.
