HUGOTON – Debbie Concannon Traster, 71, died Aug. 30, 2026 at Reflection Living in Wichita. 

She was born Aug. 25, 1955 to Donald and Patricia (Davis) Concannon.

She graduated from Hugoton High School with the Class of 1973. She continued her education at Washburn University, where she earned her undergraduate degree and also graduated from Washburn University School of Law.

She was a member of the Hugoton Methodist Church.

She enjoyed photography and playing bridge. She also enjoyed baking and creating floral designs. She loved fishing and the peacefulness of being outdoors.

Survivors include brother, Craig Concannon and wife Susan; sister-in-law, Barbara Concannon; and Sharon Concannon; and nieces and nephews: Jessica, Kelsy, Curtis, Christina, Taylor, Tyler, Joshua, Nick and Melissa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Chris Concannon.

• Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, 2026 at the Hugoton Methodist Church in Hugoton, with Pastor Pam Peachey presiding.

Burial will follow at the Hugoton Cemetery in Hugoton.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026 at Garnand Funeral Home in Hugoton.
