ELKHART – Vanessa Arely Molina, 20, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2026 in Garden City. 

She was born Aug. 13, 2006 to Manuel Molina and Rosa Isela Alvidrez.

She was currently enrolled at Garden City Community College, where she was pursuing a degree in business administration. She was intelligent, determined, and full of promise, with a bright future ahead of her. She also loved to dance and could find joy in simply letting loose and enjoying the moment. And, of course, she loved her coffee, especially from 7 Brew.

Survivors include her parents; siblings, Melanie Andrea Molina and Liam Angel Molina; grandparents: Jesus Armando and Francis Alvidrez, and Albina Molina; and all her aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Eligio Molina; and uncle, Manuel Adrian Alvidrez.

• Funeral took place Saturday, September 26, 2026 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Elkhart, with Reverend Terrance Klein presiding.

Burial took place at the Elkhart Cemetery in Elkhart.
