Cutberto Adame-Visoso, 69, died Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.

He was born Nov. 3, 1956 to Antonio Adame and Natividad Visoso. 

He married Reyna Marino in 1975 in Mexico. She survives.

He worked as a heavy equipment operator in the oil and gas industry and milo fields, and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Survivors also include children: Jesus Adame Marino and wife, Jordan, Emanuel Adame Marino, Christopher Adame Marino, and Donna Adame Marino and husband, Adolfo Najera; siblings: Leonardo Adame, Mario Adame, Altagracia Adame, and Carmen Adame; and grandchildren: Julian Adame, Jaylei Adame, Josiah Adame, Genaveve Najera-Adame, Sebastian Najera-Adame, Elias Adame, and Adriel Mateo Adame.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters: Gloria Adame, Guillermina Adame, and Marta Adame; and brother, Pedro Adame.

• Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church at 1510 N. Calhoun Ave. in Liberal.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Reverend Charles Seiwert presiding.

Burial will take place in Mexico at a later date.
